Change the plan

Only workspace admins can do this. Plans and their prices are shown on the Plan & billing card.

Switch plansCopy Anchor Link

1. Select Admin, then AI.
2. Under Plan & billing, find your Current plan.
3. Select the button for the plan you want. It starts with Switch to Pro or Switch to Team and shows the price.
4. In the window that opens, select Switch to Pro or Switch to Team to confirm. Meridian shows the plan you are now on.

Move to the free planCopy Anchor Link

1. Under Plan & billing, select Downgrade to Free.
2. Select Downgrade to Free again to confirm.

The change takes effect at the end of the billing period. Until then, the card shows Downgrades to Free on that date. Select Keep this plan to cancel the downgrade.

Update the card or download invoicesCopy Anchor Link

1. Under Billing, select Manage billing.
2. Stripe's billing portal opens. Update the card on file, download invoices or cancel there.
