Buy a credit pack
Add more Prima interactions to your workspace.
Only workspace admins can buy credits. A credit pack adds interactions on top of your plan's included allowance.
- Select Admin, then AI. You can also select Buy more interactions from the Prima row in the sidebar.
- Under How this workspace pays, make sure Credits is turned on.
- Under Credit packs, select Buy a pack.
- Complete the purchase in Stripe's checkout.
- Back in Meridian, wait while the page shows Confirming your purchase…. The new balance then appears on the Credits card.
