Add an evidence source

Only workspace admins can do this. Postgres is the only kind of source.

Before you start, create a database role that can only read. Meridian runs only single SELECT queries, and the database host has to be reachable on the public internet.

1. Select Admin, then Integrations.
2. Under Evidence sources, select Add source.
3. In Name, give the source a name people will recognise.
4. In Connection string, paste the connection string for the read-only role. Meridian encrypts it and never shows it again.
5. Select Add source. Meridian shows that it added the source.

Remove a sourceCopy Anchor Link

1. Under Evidence sources, select Remove next to the source.
2. Select Remove to confirm.

Evidence cards that used it keep the value they last fetched, but can no longer refresh it.
