Getting started
Find your way around
The home page, the sidebar and the search palette.
The home page
Select Home in the left sidebar. The home page has four parts:
- A box at the top where you ask Prima something. Its placeholder reads Ask Prima, or capture something into a Loop. Below it are New Loop, Capture evidence and What moved this week?. The last two work once you pick a loop in the box.
- Needs you: things waiting on you, grouped by loop. A row may say You were mentioned, with Reply, or be something Prima noticed, with Snooze. Use Sort Needs you to order the list By volume, By urgency or By age.
- Jump back in: the loops you opened most recently. All Loops opens the full list.
- What moved: what changed in your loops since your last visit.
If you have no loops yet, typing a question in the box and sending it starts a new loop from that question.
The sidebar
- Search opens the search palette.
- Starred lists the loops you starred. It appears once you star one.
- The loops list shows your recent loops. All loops opens the full list.
- Chats lists your recent chats with Prima. New chat starts one and All chats opens the full list.
- The Prima row shows how much Prima use your workspace has left. See Check Prima usage.
- Support opens the support page.
- Admin appears for workspace admins. See Open the admin pages.
Search for a loop or page
- Select Search in the sidebar, or press Cmd+K on a Mac or Ctrl+K elsewhere.
- Type part of a loop's name or a page name. The placeholder reads Search loops and pages....
- Pick a result. The Navigate group also has Chat with Prima, New loop, Home, All loops and Support.
