Check Prima usage
See how much Prima use your workspace has left, and what happens when it runs out.
- In the left sidebar, find the Prima row. It shows how many interactions are left.
- Select it to see the details: what is left this period and when the included allowance resets.
- If you are a workspace admin, select Buy more interactions to add more. See Buy a credit pack. Other members see An admin can add more.
If your workspace uses its own AI provider key, the details say Billed to your provider, not to Meridian.
When interactions run out
Prima pauses. The chat box reads Out of interactions and you cannot send messages or attach files until an admin adds more or the allowance resets.
