Comment on a card
Discuss a card or a loop, and mention a teammate.
Loop members can post comments. Anyone who can open the loop can read them.
Post a comment
- Select Comments in the controls at the bottom left of the canvas.
- Select the card you want to comment on. With no card selected, the comment goes on the loop itself, shown as This loop.
- Type in Write a comment.
- To mention someone, type @ and pick their name from the list. They get a notification, and a You were mentioned row on their home page.
- Press Enter, or select Comment. Shift+Enter starts a new line.
You can comment on tasks, sections, evidence, insights, conclusions and hypotheses. Link cards do not take comments yet.
Edit or delete your comment
- Find your comment in the panel.
- Select Edit, change the text, and select Save. The comment then shows Edited.
- Or select Delete. Meridian shows Comment deleted, with Undo.
You can edit and delete only your own comments.
