Re-run an evidence query
Refresh an evidence card that reads its value from a connected database.
An evidence card can carry a query against a database a workspace admin connected. See Add an evidence source. Meridian re-runs these queries every hour. You can also re-run one yourself.
You need to be a loop member, and not a workspace viewer.
- Find the evidence card. Its badge names the source and when it was last fetched.
- Select the badge. The Evidence source window opens, with the query, when it was fetched and its last status.
- Select Re-run this query now. The button shows Re-running… until the new value arrives.
If the badge says the fetch failed, check with the admin who added the source.
